E-Learning Program. The name of the E-Learning Program is UF Online, the University’s online baccalaureate degree program (the “E-Learning Program”) with initial degrees offered in the following fields.  Biology  Business  Criminology and Law  Environmental ManagementHealth Education  Psychology  Sports Management Except as set forth in this Program Term Sheet, all of University’s undergraduate online education degree programs and degree-completion programs that lead to a recognized education credential from University are included in the E-Learning Program. University will begin to transition its existing undergraduate online education programs (excluding, University’s Microbiology and Cellular Science, Internet Business Administration, and Fire Safety programs) to the E-Learning Program with official launch in its spring 2014 academic term. University will work in consultation with Company to add five (5) new online education degree or degree-completion programs (or other programs as mutually agreed by the Parties) to the E-Learning Program during each academic year, starting with the 2014-2015 academic year, until a minimum of 25 programs are in the e- Learning Program. These programs must be (a) among University’s 35 highest enrolled, existing, on-ground programs or as otherwise mutually agreed to on a case-by-case basis, (b) national in scope and appeal, (c) open to both in-state and out-of-state students, and (d) full programs that allow for first time in college and degree-completion students. Any new programs after the five (5) per year or twenty-five (25) total are subject to the prior approval of Company in each instance. If Company does not approve a new program to be in the E-Learning Program, University may offer the program on its own or through another vendor or service provider.

  • E-LEARNING a) E-Learning is defined as a method of credit course delivery that relies on communication between students and teachers through the internet or any other digital platform and does not require students to be face-to-face with each other or with their teacher. Online learning shall have the same meaning as E-Learning.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Rating Impact on Student Learning Growth ESE will provide model contract language and guidance on rating educator impact on student learning growth based on state and district-determined measures of student learning. Upon receiving this model contract language and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.

  • TEACHING AND LEARNING This component captures institutional strengths in program delivery methods that expand learning options for students, and improve their learning experience and career preparedness. This may include, but is not limited to, experiential learning, online learning, entrepreneurial learning, work integrated learning, and international exchange opportunities.

  • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Learning Objectives 🛠 Understand sociotechnical systems complexities of a construction work system 🛠 Understand different sectors, delivery systems, and cultures 🛠 Understand project and industry supply chain and work system complexities

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:

  • Distance Learning Distance learning is a teaching modality whereby all or the majority of instruction and student interaction occurs via electronic media or equivalent mechanisms with the Faculty and students physically separated from each other. This includes courses that are fully online as well as Live online, hybrid, flipped, computer-based courses, and other alternate delivery methods.
