Common use of E- SIGNATURE Clause in Contracts

E- SIGNATURE. It is understood and agreed that documents hereunder may be provided by the parties or may be executed by the parties electronically, in compliance with Arc’s policies and procedures relating to e-signatures, the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and, if applicable, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) adopted by the state in which the electronic record (i.e., the contract or other record created, generated, sent, communicated, received or stored by electronic means) relating to such document or disclosure is initiated.
