E911 Interconnection. 10.3.7.1 If required by CLEC, Qwest shall interconnect direct trunks from CLEC's network to the Basic 911 PSAP, or the E911 tandem. Such trunks may alternatively be provided by CLEC. If provided by Qwest, such trunks will be provided on a non-discriminatory basis. Qwest shall provide special protection identification for CLEC 911 circuits in the same manner as Qwest provides for its 911 circuits.
