Earlier Cessation of Certain Welfare Benefits. Notwithstanding the provisions of Subparagraph (b)(5), neither the Company nor an Affiliate shall be required to provide, at its cost, the welfare benefits covered therein after the later of (i) the attainment by the Executive and his spouse (if any) of age 65, or (ii) the date specified in the relevant plan document for benefit termination (assuming that he was employed until age 65 or the normal retirement date, if any, specified in such document).
