Early Access Release Sample Clauses
Early Access Release. During Early Access release, to obtain access to the Fortuna Arbitration services, the Customer or user under the contract must email: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇, in which case Fortuna Arbitration will provide an arbitrator. The arbitrator shall have a professional credential, whether a Professional Registered Parliamentarian, an attorney in good-standing, OR a properly accredited arbitrator. The arbitrator shall warrant the use of procedures to be transparently provided to both parties prior to any hearing.
Early Access Release. You acknowledge and agree that the Al Functions are an Early Access Release. You are not required to use, test, or trial any of the Al Functions, and you do so at your own discretion and risk. These Terms and your rights and access to the Al Functions are limited and may be terminated by Zapier at any time for any reason or no reason upon written notice thereof.
