Early Call. If the engagement involves the musician departing their recognised centre of employment before 8.30am, the following additional one-off payments shall be made by the engager: • Departure between 8am and 8.30am £4.95 • Departure between 7.30am and 8am £9.85 • Departure between 6am and 7.30am £14.80 If a musician’s departure time is defined as being before 6.00am, the early call payment shall be replaced by an overnight stay payment, calculated at the rate applicable to the musician’s destination.
Early Call. (a) With the exclusion of any time which constitutes Night Work under Clause 5 of the Core Terms, time worked at the Producer’s request or prior approval before 06.00 (“Early Call”) is paid at an enhanced rate. The enhancement is 0.5T, so that the time spent working before 06.00 (rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes) is paid at the rate of 1.5T.
(b) Early Call does not constitute Night Work and will not attract any additional entitlements under Clause 5 of the Core Terms.
(c) Early Call is not Overtime and is not capped at the Maximum Overtime Rate (as defined in Clause 7 of the Core Terms).
Early Call. Hours worked in the UK before 0600 shall be paid at the applicable overtime rate. For the avoidance of doubt, Early Call does not constitute Night Work.

Early Call. 3.1. The program involves an Early Call with a maximum of 40 vacancies for host students.
3.2. The registration for the Early Call will open on the 15th of November (21h00 GMT) and stay open until the 5th of December (23h59 GMT), which will be accordingly shared on the AIMS Meeting social networks and website.
3.3. The registration will be in the format of an online form, which will ensure that the student fills in the necessary information.
3.4. These students must also register for the AIMS Meeting 2022; however, they have their vacancy assured and they will do it through a different platform.
3.5. The registration for this Call is personal and non-transmittable.
Early Call. If at any time the closing price per share of the Common Stock as reported on Bloomberg has exceeded 200% of the Exercise Price then in effect for a period of twenty (20) consecutive trading days (the "DETERMINATION PERIOD") and (2) a registration statement covering resales of the Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrant has been effective and available for use, then the Company may, at its sole option, provide the Holder irrevocable written notice ("CALL NOTICE") requiring the Holder to fully exercise the Warrant as of the Call Date (as defined below). If all of the conditions described herein have been satisfied and continue to be satisfied through the Call Date, any Warrant not exercised before the close of business on the Call Date, shall automatically be deemed exercised in accordance with Section 1.2 as of the close of trading on the Call Date and the Company will deliver the Warrant Shares to the Holder upon receipt of a completed Exercise Notice and payment for the Warrant Shares as provided herein. "CALL DATE" shall mean that trading day that is at least thirty (30) days following the date on which the Company has given the Call Notice to the Holder.
Early Call. In shall be defined as required time to report to work up to a maximum of four (4) hours prior to regularly assigned shift time. If an Early Call-In of up to two (2) hours is required, and both the Company and the employee agree, the employee may leave up to that equal amount early that day. In effect, changing the start and end time of that specific day of work without penalty to the Company or the employee.

Early Call. In “Early Call-in” shall be defined as the notification of a member to report early and work hours contiguous with his/her next regular scheduled shift. If notified of an early call-in, the employee shall be compensated for all hours worked with a minimum of one (1) hour as worked.
