Early Completion. In the event that Traffic Availability is achieved prior to the Traffic Availability Target Date, then: (a) the Term shall expire 30 years from the day Traffic Availability is achieved, that is, the Operating Period shall be 30 years; and (b) the Payment Schedule shall be adjusted and amended accordingly.
