Early Completion. The Contractor may attempt to achieve Substantial Completion before the required date of Substantial Completion. However, such planned early completion shall be for the Contractor’s sole convenience and shall not create any additional Contractor rights or Owner obligations under this Agreement, nor shall it change the required dates of Substantial Completion or Final Completion. The Owner shall not pay the Contractor any additional compensation for achievement of Substantial Completion or Final Completion prior to the required dates nor will the Owner owe the Contractor any compensation should the Owner cause the Contractor not to achieve Substantial Completion earlier than the required date of Substantial Completion or Final Completion earlier than the required date of Final Completion.
