EARLY RETURN TO. WORK Any worker who returns to work during a period for which early vacation pay has been given shall make repayment for the period of early return through payroll deduction within the next two paydays. A worker who fails to make such repayment shall be placed on leave without pay status for a period of time equal to the scheduled vacation leave not taken.
