Common use of Early Termination Charge Clause in Contracts

Early Termination Charge. You agree to pay Grande the early termination charge (the “Termination Charge”) described in this paragraph if either of the following occur: (i) you terminate one or more of your Service(s) prior to the expiration of the Initial Service Term or the then-current Renewal Term for Customer convenience (i.e., without cause); or (ii) Grande terminates one or more of your Service(s) prior to the expiration of the Initial Service Term or the then-current Renewal Term for cause.
