EARLY TERMINATION FOR PAYMENT DEFAULT. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement by notice to the Licensee if the Licensee willfully defaults in making payment of the Fee as provided in this License Agreement and fails to remedy such default within sixty (60) days of notification in writing by the Licensor.
