Before termination is permitted, the party seeking termination shall give the other party written notice of the breach, its intent toto terminate, and fifteen (15) calendar days to cure the breach. If the breach is not cured within 15 days, the party seeking termination may terminate immediately by giving written notice that the Contract is terminated.
