Early Termination or Resignation. The Company may terminate the Executive's employment at any time and for any reason by giving the Executive 30 days' advance notice in writing or 30 days payment of Base Compensation in lieu of notice. The Executive may terminate the Executive's employment for any reason by giving the Company not less than 30 days' advance notice in writing.
