Earned Time Off (ETO) Clause Samples
The Earned Time Off (ETO) clause defines the policy by which employees accumulate paid leave based on the amount of time they have worked. Typically, employees accrue a set number of hours or days of ETO for each pay period or month of service, which can then be used for vacation, personal time, or illness. This clause ensures that employees are fairly compensated with time off proportional to their service, providing clarity on leave entitlements and supporting work-life balance.
