Easement – 7 Feet Utility. There is reserved and established for the benefit and use of the Owner of the Hotel Unit, its tenants, occupants, agents, employees, successors and assigns, a non-exclusive utility easement that widens from 7 ft. to 45 ft. along El Camino Real, over and across that portion of the Office Unit, exterior of the Office Building along the western boundary of land within the Office Unit for the purpose of providing access for utility lines that supply the Hotel Unit.
