East Branch Enlargement Variable Operation, Maintenance, Power, and Replacement Costs. The variable operation, maintenance, power, and replacement costs associated with deliveries of water through East Branch Enlargement Facilities shall be included in the determinations and allocations pursuant to Article 26. There shall be no separate variable operation, maintenance, power, and replacement component of the East Branch Enlargement Transportation Charge.
