Economic Development Activities. The Recipient shall ensure that the requirements of 12 C.F.R. § 1807.300(b) are met and shall retain its evidence of a Concerted Strategy pursuant to the record retention requirements of Section 7.3 of this Assistance Agreement. The Recipient must report in its Annual Report – Performance Report (as described in Schedule 1-B) the address of at least one qualifying Affordable Housing project at the time the CMF Award funds are Committed for use, in order to demonstrate compliance with Concerted Strategy.
