Program Activities a. Grantee shall be eligible for reimbursement for costs related to those program activities described in the Event/Program Summary and Budget Summary (Program) provided in attached Exhibit A: Grantee’s Application for Funding.
b. Program activities eligible to be reimbursed under the terms of this Agreement shall occur from July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020.
c. City reserves the right to amend this Agreement, including, without limitation, Exhibit A, should City experience revenue shortfalls in FY 2020 which negatively impact the General Fund and/or City’s ability to fund basic City services. Grantee understands that the potential exists for this Agreement to be terminated or for the funds committed as part of this Agreement to be reprogrammed or reappropriated upon recommendation of the Mayor and approval by the City Council.
Program Activities. The University shall return to the Donor any Contributed Amount not spent for the Program Activities.
Program Activities. Activities will be accomplished in accordance with the student’s Learning Agreement, reviewed and agreed upon by the STUDENT, CSUMB and AGENCY prior to the start of the experience. The STUDENT will:
1. Participate in all relevant trainings by the AGENCY as stated in Section III-A-2, Training and Orientation of this document.
2. Model professional, ethical and appropriate behavior when working with clients and when on AGENCY site.
3. Support AGENCY that is a part of the student’s learning experience as specified by the Learning Agreement.
4. Meet the goals of the AGENCY and the related University program in which the STUDENT is enrolled.
5. Fulfill the specific scope of work duties, identified in the student’s Learning Agreement.
Program Activities. The goal of the program is to generate and evaluate carefully selected plant gene constructs of various origins under field conditions and under selected assay conditions by using a high through-put rice transformation system. A second goal is to combine transgenes and stack selected transgene-induced traits using genetic crosses between transgenic rice plants. A third goal is to perform a QTL analysis of biomass in rice to determine the identity of sequences that are associated with target biomass traits. Information generated from this program is intended to be used for crop improvement.
Program Activities. General management, oversight and coordination for overall program management as provided for in 24 CFR 570.206. Subrecipient will carry out the program tasks identified in Exhibit C Budget. General Program Performance The Subrecipient shall perform the following services in accordance with the laws and regulations delineated in Exhibit A. Subrecipient will:
a. Maintain appropriate program files including any information required by the Grantee to meet its obligations of the National Environmental Policy Act and the Grantee’s Citizen Participation requirements;
b. Collect, maintain and report or otherwise make available information establishing program funds were used for the eligible activity as identified in Exhibit B, Program Performance
c. Collect, maintain and report or otherwise make available information establishing program funds were used to meet the National Objective identified EXHIBIT B, Program Performance. Such records will be in accordance with the applicable requirements of 24 CFR 570.506(b).
d. Prepare written responses to monitoring letters from the Grantee or OCD; and provide follow-up corrective actions.
Program Activities. 1. The Learning Activity Site will provide the University’s student(s) with a student-focused learning experience that also meets the stated needs of the Learning Activity Site.
2. The Learning Activity Site and the University will meet as necessary to facilitate a mutually beneficial experience for all involved, or at the request of any of the parties involved.
3. The University will work closely with the Learning Activity Site to meet the expectations and priorities of the Learning Activity Site as well as the student outcomes.
Program Activities. A. The School Year site directors will submit monthly lesson plans and written communications, i.e. parent newsletters, to the building principal upon request.
B. The program is designed to promote out-of-school learning opportunities for children and youth in the designated locations in the Shaler Area School District Schools. The programs are designed to meet the needs of children and youth.
1. Programs are based on educational principals appropriate for each child’s developmental level. Age appropriate activities are offered in both large and small group settings.
2. On a daily basis, children will be exposed to activities that incorporate fun, enrichment programming for out-of-school learning that focuses on the fidelity components that derive from the YMCA of USA that include: o Literacy o Creative Expression o Health education and physical activity o Social Studies/Math/Science o Developmental Assets/Values Programming o Inclusion and Global Awareness o Leadership Development o Parent and Family Engagement
3. The programs offer security and protection during the day when parents are not available.
4. Opportunities for outdoor and recreational activities are provided.
5. School age children have a high level of interest in task-oriented activities, such as craft and cooking, these types of activities are included in the curriculum to challenge their present abilities and teach them new skills.
6. A physical education program, Food for Fun and HEPA (Healthy Eating and Physical Activity), HOST (Healthy Out-of-School Time) so that children and their families can develop healthy habits and physical fitness. Fresh fruit or vegetables and a whole grain are served at snack time.
7. The children will have opportunities to learn appropriate social behavior through group discussions and projects, positive adult modeling and individual conduct evaluations and values clarification.
8. The YMCA is committed to serving the community by providing high quality programs, which strengthen the family unit. The YMCA will support and engage the family unit by planning monthly opportunities throughout the year for children and parents to spend quality time together.
Program Activities. The allowable Program activities, for which funding to Recipient under this Agreement may be used, are described below. Recipient will establish a Facilitating Center that will provide enhanced Peer Delivered Services (PDS) and technical assistance on PDS to PDS providers and others that support recovery from Substance Use Disorders (SUD) in Yamhill County.
Program Activities. While you are a CAMP Scholar, you will be expected to fully participate in all program activities, which are designed to enrich your academic experience and prepare you for the challenges of university life during your sophomore, junior, and senior years. You will be required to: ▪ Abide by the University Student Conduct Code. As such, we encourage you to make good choices as a UW student. Information on this can be found on the following website: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/studentconduct/conduct-code-and-policy/ ▪ Agree to allow CAMP staff to contact you after you graduate from UW to determine your career pathway (e.g. graduate school, employment, Peace Corps, etc.). ▪ Allow CAMP staff to have access to current transcripts every quarter. ▪ Apply for financial aid each year that you are enrolled at the UW. Please seek the guidance of CAMP staff in filling out your FAFSA each year. ▪ Attend all CAMP cultural events and enrichment activities (those that are mandatory). Dates for these events will be circulated in advance. ▪ Attend all required CAMP orientations and meetings. ▪ Attend all scheduled CAMP workshops and activities, unless you receive prior permission from CAMP staff to be absent. ▪ Attend and participate in the CAMP course during Autumn, Winter, and Spring quarters. Registration information will be available in advance. ▪ Cooperate with follow-up surveys after completing the CAMP Program. ▪ Maintain a GPA of at least 2.5. If you fall below 2.5 GPA, you must work with your CAMP Advisor on an academic improvement plan. ▪ Maintain contact with CAMP staff after completing the program and report progress on major, filing of graduation documents, and baccalaureate completion. ▪ Meet with your CAMP Advisor at least twice a quarter for your first-year (Quarterly Check-in and Pre-Registration). ▪ Complete and turn in Academic Progress Forms for your courses each quarter your first-year. ▪ Notify CAMP staff of any address and/or phone number changes. ▪ Notify CAMP staff of any scholarship acceptances or rejections. ▪ Attend 4-hours of study tables every week to complete each quarter with 40-hours. ▪ Promptly respond to all CAMP Program communications. ▪ Seek advice about registration, major selection, and experiential learning opportunities from your CAMP Advisor.
