Economic Interruption Hours. Effective on October 1 of any year, and upon not less than 60 days’ notice to Company, TVA may change the designated hours for Economic Interruptions specified in section D of the IP Product Agreement; provided, however, that no such adjustment will increase the total daily duration of the designated hours during which Economic Interruptions may occur.
