Edible Food. Edible Food that is collected from a Generator by other Person(s), such as a Person from a Food Recovery Organization or Food Recovery Service, for the purposes of Food Recovery, or which is transported by the Generator to another Person(s), such as a Person from a Food Recovery Organization, for the purposes of Food Recovery, regardless of whether the Generator donates, sells, or pays a fee to the other Person(s) to collect or receive the Edible Food from the Generator.

Edible Food. “Edible Food” has the same meaning as found in Section 15.44.010 of the 304 Municipal Code. Edible Food means food intended for human consumption. For purposes of this Agreement, 305 Edible Food is not Solid Waste if it is recovered and not discarded. Nothing in this Agreement requires or 306 authorizes the recovery of food that does not meet the food safety requirements of the California Retail Food 307 Code.
