Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order. If procedural objections are raised or the Regional Water Board requires a public hearing prior to the Stipulated Order becoming effective, the Parties agree to meet and confer concerning any such objections, and may agree to revise or adjust the procedure and/or this Stipulated Order as necessary or advisable under the circumstances.
Electronic Notice to Borrower Unless another delivery method is required by Applicable Law, Lender may provide notice to Borrower by e-mail or other electronic communication (“Electronic Communication”) if: (i) agreed to by Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx in writing; (ii) Borrower has provided Lender with Borrower’s e-mail or other electronic address (“Electronic Address”); (iii) Lender provides Borrower with the option to receive notices by first class mail or by other non-Electronic Communication instead of by Electronic Communication; and (iv) Lender otherwise complies with Applicable Law. Any notice to Borrower sent by Electronic Communication in connection with this Security Instrument will be deemed to have been given to Borrower when sent unless Lender becomes aware that such notice is not delivered. If Xxxxxx becomes aware that any notice sent by Electronic Communication is not delivered, Xxxxxx will resend such communication to Borrower by first class mail or by other non-Electronic Communication. Xxxxxxxx may withdraw the agreement to receive Electronic Communications from Lender at any time by providing written notice to Xxxxxx of Xxxxxxxx’s withdrawal of such agreement.
Working Day Working Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday which is observed by the construction industry in the area of the Place of the Work.

Rest Period An employee who works overtime shall have at least a ten hour rest period between the end of ordinary hours on any one day and start of ordinary hours on the next day. If on the instructions of the employer, the employee resumes or continues work without having had 10 consecutive hours off duty, the employee shall be paid double time until he or she is released from duty for ten hour rest period. The employee shall then be entitled to be absent without loss of pay for ordinary working hours occurring during the ten hour rest period. Product and Service Offerings The Products and services available under this Contract are set forth herein and specified in Appendices C and D which may be amended during the contract term to incorporate new Product or service offerings, price revisions or deleted items. This Contract is limited to sale, installation and maintenance of Product (see also 4.2 Service Offerings). Leasing is not permitted at this time. The Commissioner reserves the right to amend the Contract at any time to incorporate lease offerings. Offering updates should be submitted under the Contract as soon as possible after they are announced by Contractor in accordance with the terms of Appendix H. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
Advance Notice of Layoff The Employer shall notify employees who are to be laid off four (4) weeks prior to the effective date of layoff. If the employee has not had the opportunity to work the days as provided in this article, they shall be paid for the days for which work was not made available.
