Editorial Control. 5.1 The BBC shall have sole control over the production and manufacture of the Recording, Compilation or Set or of any electronic format, specification or delivery and of the design and layout of the Support Material. 5.2 The BBC shall have sole control over the release dates and distribution of the Recording, Compilation or Set hereunder.
