Common use of EDS Incentive Plan Clause in Contracts

EDS Incentive Plan. For so long as Executive is an employee of UGSI, Executive shall continue to vest in any and all grants awarded through the Effective Date to Executive under the 1996 Incentive Plan of the Electronic Data Systems Corporation or any predecessor plan ("Incentive Plan"). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, after the Effective Date Executive shall not be eligible for any awards under the Incentive Plan.
