Education and Information. 6.1 Parties shall, where necessary, arrange for training programmes to ensure that personnel responsible for the implementation of this Action Plan have an adequate knowledge to implement it effectively.
6.2 Parties shall cooperate with each other and the Agreement secretariat with a view to developing training programmes and exchanging resource materials.
6.3 Parties shall endeavour to develop programmes, information materials and mechanisms to improve the level of awareness of the general public with regard to the objectives, provisions and contents of this Action Plan. In this regard, particular attention shall be given to those people living in and around important wetlands, to users of these wetlands (hunters, fishermen, tourists, etc.) and to local authorities and other decision makers.
6.4 Parties shall endeavour to undertake specific public awareness campaigns for the conservation of the populations listed in Table 1.
Education and Information. Training and development programmes
6.1 Describe the status of training and development programmes which support waterbird conservation and implement the AEWA Action Plan.
6.2 What bilateral or multilateral co-operative action is your country undertaking to develop training programmes and share examples of good practice?
6.3 Describe activities to raise public awareness of the objectives of the AEWA Action Plan. Please outline any particular successes generating public interest in, and securing support for, waterbird and wetland conservation (e.g. campaigns, information notes or other initiatives)?
Education and Information. The City shall provide community education, fire prevention and fire safety information for the Town when reasonably requested and when available, and through existing resources and services.
Education and Information. A. All employees shall be informed and given a copy of the City’s Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy. All newly hired employees will be provided with this information. Prior to any testing, the employee will be required to sign the attached consent and release form. Such Commercially Reasonable Efforts shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following:
(a) Maintaining throughout the Territory adequate sales and order-fulfillment staff who are adequately trained the applicable disease state and Product to inform physicians about the availability of Product.
(b) Promptly responding to all inquiries from Customers, including responding to complaints, processing all orders and effecting all shipments of Product for Patients in accordance with the timelines and other terms and conditions contained within this Agreement.
(c) If SPECIALTY PHARMACY also dispenses a product that directly competes with the Product, giving fair and balanced representation to the Product and the competitive product with respect to both products’ availability, attributes and communicating or messaging to Customers, subject to pharmacist’s professional judgment regarding patient safety at SPECIALTY PHARMACY.

Education and Information. 1.15.1. Contractor shall work with groups designated by State, such as industry associations, to discuss and collaborate on any major proposed changes to payment methodologies , as requested by State.
1.15.2. Contractor shall work with State's fiscal agent in relation to provider relations and system change requirements.
1.15.3. Contractor shall work with State and ACO(s) to generate analyses, reports, and educational materials pertaining to attribution and the re-pricing of Medicaid services included in the ACO total cost of care to support the ongoing evolution and implementation of the VMNG program on an ad hoc basis.
1.15.4. Contractor shall also participate in ACO, provider, and/or other stakeholder meetings to support the work of the VMNG program as requested by State.
1.15.5. Contractor shall attend meetings with State senior management as requested by State.
