Education Efforts Sample Clauses

The Education Efforts clause requires one or both parties to take specific actions to inform, train, or educate certain individuals or groups about relevant topics, policies, or procedures outlined in the agreement. This may involve providing training sessions, distributing informational materials, or ensuring that employees are aware of compliance requirements. By mandating these educational activities, the clause helps ensure that all stakeholders understand their responsibilities, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or non-compliance.
