Education Services and Courseware. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license use the Number of Units of Education Services and/or Courseware as stated in an Order in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms and Documentation solely for internal business purposes.
