EDUCATIONAL CHANGE. 1. The Board and the Association shall form a Joint Educational Change Committee to deal broadly with educational change, and/or curriculum development matters. The Committee will comprise three (3) representatives appointed by the Association from among the teaching staff of the District and three (3) representatives appointed by the Board from among their number and/or the administrative staff of the District. The Committee shall establish its own rules and procedures. The Committee's mandate shall be to support and facilitate school based implementation activities and it may make recommendations to the Board on the particular educational change and/or curriculum development matter in question.
