Common use of Educational Facilities Clause in Contracts

Educational Facilities. a. The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall provide adequate classroom space to conduct the instruction at its facilities, or other location mutually agreed upon by the XXXXXXX DISTRICT and the SCHOOL DISTRICT. If Dual Enrollment courses will be offered at a charter school site, the SCHOOL DISTRICT shall submit to the XXXXXXX DISTRICT documentation that the site facilities have been certified as compliant with the Field Act of the California Education Code.
