Educational Facilities. a. The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall provide adequate and appropriate classroom space with appropriate technology to conduct the instruction at its facilities, or other location mutually agreed upon by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ DISTRICT and the SCHOOL DISTRICT. Appropriate technology includes, but is not limited to, access to the school WiFi and the ability to connect to a projector or screen. b. Subject to mutual agreement of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ DISTRICT and the SCHOOL DISTRICT may use joint facilities for any given term. c. Joint facilities use, as specified by the terms of this AGREEMENT, shall be extended at no charge to either party for activity directly related to the Dual Enrollment partnership. d. The SCHOOL DISTRICT shall provide ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ DISTRICT faculty and staff access to parking and faculty restrooms as well as access to the assigned classroom for the class to begin as scheduled.
