EEA+ Controller and Contact Information. If the Participant is based in the European Union (“EU”), the European Economic Area, Switzerland or, the United Kingdom (collectively “EEA+”), the Participant should note that Arconic Corporation, with its registered address at 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212-5872, United States of America, is the controller responsible for the processing of the Participant’s personal data in connection with the Award Agreement and the Plan. Questions about the processing of personal data can be made to the Arconic Privacy Office at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Contact Information 1. The contact information of the Programme Operator is as specified in this programme agreement.
