EEO Requirements. To the extent applicable, then equal employment opportunity and affirmative action requirements set forth in 41 C.F.R. Part 60-1.4(a) (women and minorities), 41 C.F.R. Part 60-250.5(a) (covered veterans) and 41 C.F.R. Part 60-741.5(a) (individuals with disabilities) are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

EEO Requirements. The parties agree to comply with the EEO provisions of the 1984 Cable Act and the Comcast EEO policy, which requires employers to seek the broadest recruitment base in order that a representative cross-section of applicants might be obtained. It is Comcast’s policy to afford equal employment opportunity to qualified individuals regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, non-qualifying physical or mental handicap, and to disabled veterans, and to conform to laws and regulations applicable thereto.
