The DAR Plan shall contain procedures designed to safeguard Comcast’s Proprietary Information and the availability of the Services, throughout the Term and shall include, without limitation, the following: (i) Fire Protection. Consisting of the appropriate type and quality of equipment required to provide effective fire protection that it is regularly reviewed and updated, with smoke detectors (with remote enunciators and zone indicators) and automatic sprinkler systems in any computer areas.
