Common use of Effect and Meaning Clause in Contracts

Effect and Meaning. Subject to Articles 10.2 and 10.3, to the extent that and as long as Party (“FM Affected Party”) is rendered unable by Force Majeure to carry out its obligations under this GSA such Party shall be released from its obligations, and the other Party shall be released from its corresponding obligations.
