EFFECT OF A REQUEST TO EXECUTE. If any party hereto requests the execution of an Ancillary Agreement ("Requesting Party"), the parties shall have sixty 60 days (unless the parties hereto mutually agree to a different period) to negotiate and execute the Ancillary Agreement, during which time the parties hereto shall remain obligated to perform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
