EFFECT OF AGREEMENT ON OTHER RIGHTS. This Agreement shall not be construed to provide the Executive with any right of continued employment by the Company or its subsidiaries. This Agreement shall not diminish or increase other rights the Executive (or the Executive's heirs or legal representatives) may have under any other contract, employee benefit plan or policy of the Company except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
