Effect of Commitment Reductions. From the effective date of any reduction of the Total Commitment, the Commitment Fees payable pursuant to Subparagraph 2.04(b) shall be computed on the basis of the Total Commitment as so reduced. Any reduction of the Total Commitment shall be applied ratably to reduce each Bank's Commitment in accordance with clause (i) of Subparagraph 2.09(a).
