Lease Extensions. In the event there is a new lease entered into by a current tenant, a Lease Renewal fee of $300 is due upon execution. In the event LANDLORD agrees to any lease with a contracted term over 1 year, an additional Lease Extension fee of $300 is due upon execution above and beyond Leasing or Renewal Fee.
Lease Extensions. Computer Sciences GS shall not enter into, and shall not permit its applicable Subsidiaries to enter into, any agreement renewing any Guaranteed Lease or extending the term of any Guaranteed Lease unless CSC is released from all Obligations, including any guaranty, surety and other security relating to such Guaranteed Lease. If Computer Sciences GS or its Subsidiary wishes to remain in any Guaranteed Property after the expiration of the current term of any Guaranteed Lease, Computer Sciences GS shall enter into, or cause its applicable Subsidiary to enter into, a new lease of such Guaranteed Property under which neither CSC nor any of its Subsidiaries shall have any Liabilities. If any Guaranteed Lease provides (a) a right or option to renew such Guaranteed Lease or extend the term of such Guaranteed Lease that the tenant under such Guaranteed Lease may exercise with respect to such Guaranteed Lease or (b) that such Guaranteed Lease shall renew or the term of such Guaranteed Lease shall be extended automatically if the tenant under such Guaranteed Lease fails to take an action to prevent such automatic renewal or extension, then, Computer Sciences GS shall not exercise, and shall not permit its applicable Subsidiary to exercise, such right or option to renew such Guaranteed Lease or extend the term of such Guaranteed Lease, and Computer Sciences GS shall take such action, or shall cause its applicable Subsidiary to take such action, as is necessary to prevent the automatic renewal of such Guaranteed Lease or the automatic extension of the term of such Guaranteed Lease. Neither CSC nor any of its Subsidiaries shall have any Liabilities under (i) any Lease that expires or is subject to renewal on or after the Distribution Date, or (ii) any new lease executed by Computer Sciences GS or its Subsidiaries in connection with the Computer Sciences GS Business on or after the Distribution Date.
Lease Extensions. Lessee may, as provided herein but not more than three (3) times, request Lessor to extend the Scheduled Expiration Date of each Lease Agreement for an additional period of one (1) year by appropriately completing, executing and delivering to Agent a written request in the form of Exhibit F(2), together with an attachment thereto setting forth the terms upon which Lessee would propose for the requested extension (a "Lease Extension Request"). Lessee shall deliver each Lease Extension Request to Agent not more than twelve (12) months and not less than nine (9) months before the then current Scheduled Expiration Date. Agent shall promptly deliver to Lessor and each Participant (other than Novellus Participant) three (3) copies of each Lease Extension Request received by Agent. If Lessor or a Participant (other than Novellus Participant), in its sole and absolute discretion, consents to a Lease Extension Request, such Person shall evidence such consent by executing and returning two (2) copies of such Lease Extension Request to Agent not later than the last Business Day which is not less than seven (7) months prior to the then current Scheduled Expiration Date for the Lease Agreements. Any failure by Lessor or any Participant (other than Novellus Participant) so to execute and return a Lease Extension Request shall be deemed a denial thereof. If Lessee shall deliver a Lease Extension Request to Lessor pursuant to the first sentence of this Subparagraph 2.09(b), then not later than the last Business Day which is not less than six (6) months prior to the then current Scheduled Expiration Date for the Lease Agreements, Agent shall notify Lessee, Lessor and the Participants (other than Novellus Participant) in writing whether (i) Agent has received a copy of the Lease Extension Request executed by Lessor and each Participant (other than Novellus Participant), in which case the definition of "Scheduled Expiration Date" set forth in Subparagraph 2.02(a) of the Lease Agreements shall be deemed extended to the date which is one (1) year after the then current Scheduled Expiration Date (subject to the receipt by Agent of any amounts payable by Lessee in connection with such extension), or (ii) Agent has not received a copy of the Lease Extension Request executed by Lessor and each Participant (other than Novellus Participant), in which case such Lease Extension Request shall be deemed denied. Prior to the Closing Date, the Selling Parties shall act diligently and use their reasonable best efforts to obtain and deliver to the Buyers, for those Assigned Facility Leases identified on Section 6.07 of the Disclosure Letter, lease extensions as specified in Section 6.07 of the Disclosure Letter and which shall otherwise be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Buyers. During the period prior to the Effective Time, the Buyers shall use reasonable best efforts to cooperate with the Sellers to obtain such lease extensions.

If any Guaranteed Lease provides on the date hereof (a) a right or option to renew such Guaranteed Lease or extend the term of such Guaranteed Lease that the tenant under such Guaranteed Lease may exercise with respect to such Guaranteed Lease or (b) that such Guaranteed Lease shall renew or the term of such Guaranteed Lease shall be extended automatically if the tenant under such Guaranteed Lease fails to take an action to prevent such automatic renewal or extension, then, Delta or its applicable Subsidiary shall have the right to exercise, such right or option to renew such Guaranteed Lease or to automatically extend the term of such Guaranteed Lease without Ultra’s prior written consent. Neither Ultra nor any of its Subsidiaries shall have any Liabilities under (i) any Lease that expires or is subject to renewal pursuant to a new agreement on or after the Distribution Date, or (ii) any new lease executed by Delta or its Subsidiaries in connection with the Delta Business on or after the Distribution Date.
Lease Extensions. The Tenants have no right to extend their occupancy of the apartment beyond the end date of the Lease term, unless the Landlord shall agree in writing to a Renewal Lease or Lease Extension for the apartment. The following rules apply to a Lease Extension:
a. A Lease is considered a Renewal Lease or Lease Extension, even if some of the Tenants named on the previous Lease will not continue to be Tenants under the Renewal Lease.
b. Tenants on a Lease Extension have the advantage of not being required to vacate the apartment for any time over the summer months.
c. Tenants on a Lease Extension, who were also Tenants on the previous Lease, need to pay an additional security deposit if their current Security Deposit amount is less than the amount required for their new Lease. If there are any New Tenant(s) on a Lease Extension, the New Tenant(s) will pay a security deposit, and the security deposit of the previous Tenant(s) will be returned to those Tenant(s), who shall not be Tenant(s) on the Lease Extension, as required by the previous Lease.
d. The apartment will be delivered to the Tenant(s) in whatever condition the previous Tenant(s) may have left it.
e. Cleaning, painting, steam-cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, or other general cleaning services will not be performed by the Landlord at the start of a Lease Extension. The Tenant(s), if they wish such cleaning services at the beginning of a Renewal Lease, should hire professional cleaners for the apartment. The expense of any cleaning is the responsibility of the Tenant(s) on the Renewal Lease.
f. If a new Tenant is entering into a Renewal Lease, the Landlord will inspect the apartment for obvious damages on or about the end date of the previous Lease. There is no inspection performed, however, if there will be no new Tenant(s) on a Renewal Lease.
g. Any new Tenant named on a Lease Extension is required to complete a written Move-In Inspection form and submit same to the Landlord within 5 days of moving into the apartment. This form is available at the Ithaca Renting Company Office at 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx. Noting any damage to the apartment will protect the new Tenant(s) from liability for pre-existing damages in the apartment. Neglecting to note damage to the apartment at the time of the move-in by the new Tenant(s) may cause the repair cost for previous damage to be charged to all Tenants named on the Renewal Lease, even if the new Tenant arrived after the damage occurred.
