Effect of Commitment Reductions. From the effective date of any reduction of the Total Commitment, the Commitment Fees payable pursuant to Subsection 2.6(b) shall be computed on the basis of the Total Commitment as so reduced. Once reduced or cancelled, the Total Commitment may not be increased or reinstated without the prior written consent of all applicable Lenders. Any reduction of the Total Commitment pursuant to Subsection 2.5(a) shall be applied ratably to reduce each Lender's Commitment in accordance with clause (ii) of Subsection 2.11(a).
