Effect of Convictions. (a) Project Co (to the extent permitted by Applicable Law and the terms of the Collective Agreement) shall, and shall cause each Project Co Party to, ensure that no person who discloses any Relevant Convictions, or who is found to have any Relevant Convictions following the completion of a criminal records search, in either case of which Project Co or a Project Co Party is aware or ought to be aware, is allowed access to the Site and/or the Facility to perform any of the Project Co Services, without the prior written consent of HRRH, in its sole discretion.
