Effect of Cruise Status. At any time when the training ship is on cruise status during any period of any year of this Agreement, the President of the Academy after consultation with the Chapter President shall arrange for the required Narrative meetings to be conducted in the period thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled departure, and in any event to be completed not later than thirty (30) days following the end of cruise status.
