Effect of Disclosure on Schedules. Any item disclosed on any Schedule shall only be deemed to be disclosed in connection with (a) the specific representation and warranty to which such Schedule is expressly referenced, (b) any specific representation and warranty which expressly cross-references such Schedule and (c) any specific representation and warranty to which any other Schedule to this Agreement is expressly referenced if such other Schedule expressly cross-references such Schedule.
