Common use of Effect of Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Effect of Due Diligence. The fact that Purchaser will or may have conducted an investigation of the Purchased Patents prior to the Effective Date shall in no way mitigate or qualify the representations and warranties of Seller herein. Seller acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser is relying on Seller’s representations and warranties in executing this Agreement and consummating the transactions contemplated herein.
