Effect of Sale. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, to the extent permitted by law, Borrower covenants that it will not at any time insist upon or plead, or in any manner whatsoever claim or take any benefit or advantage of, any stay or extension law now or at any time hereafter in force, nor claim, take nor insist upon any benefit or advantage of or from any law now or hereafter in force providing for the valuation or appraisement of the Collateral or any part thereof prior to any sale or sales thereof to be made pursuant to any provision herein contained, or to the decree, judgment or order of any court of competent jurisdiction; nor, after such sale or sales, claim or exercise any right under any statute now or hereafter made or enacted by any state or otherwise to redeem the property so sold or any part thereof, and, to the full extent legally permitted, except as to rights expressly provided herein, hereby expressly waives for itself and on behalf of each and every Person, except decree or judgment creditors of Borrower, acquiring any interest in or title to the Collateral or any part thereof subsequent to the date of this Agreement, all benefit and advantage of any such law or laws, and covenants that it will not invoke or utilize any such law or laws or otherwise hinder, delay or impede the execution of any power herein granted and delegated to Lender, but will suffer and permit the execution of every such power as though no such power, law or laws had been made or enacted. Any sale, whether under any power of sale hereby given or by virtue of judicial proceedings, shall operate to divest all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, either at law or in equity, of Borrower in and to the Property sold, and shall be a perpetual bar, both at law and in equity, against Borrower, its successors and assigns, and against any and all Persons claiming the Property sold or any part thereof under, by or through Borrower, its successors or assigns.

Effect of Sale. Any sale, whether under any power of sale hereby given or by virtue of judicial proceedings, shall operate to divest all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, either at law or in equity, of Borrower in and to the Property sold, and shall be a perpetual bar, both at law and in equity, against Borrower, its successors and assigns, and against any and all Persons claiming the Property sold or any part thereof under, by or through Borrower, its successors or assigns.
Effect of Sale. From and after the actual date of any such Transfer by Assignor made in full compliance with Section 11.01(a) (and only upon such full compliance), Assignor shall be relieved of all obligations, requirements and responsibilities arising under this Conveyance with respect to the Subject Interests Transferred, as the same pertain to Assignee Minerals produced from and after (but not prior to) said date of such Transfer.
Effect of Sale. From and after the actual date of any such Transfer by Assignor, Assignor and any assignee, purchaser, transferee or grantee of such Subject Interest shall be relieved of all obligations, requirements and responsibilities arising under the Royalty Interest or this Conveyance with respect to the Development Well or Subject Interests Transferred, except for those that accrued prior to such date.
Effect of Sale. Any sale or sales of the Mortgaged Property, whether under the power of sale herein granted and conferred or by virtue of judicial proceedings, shall operate to divest all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever either at law or in equity, of Mortgagor of, in and to the premises and the property sold, and shall be a perpetual bar, both at law and in equity, against Mortgagor, and Mortgagor's successors or assigns, and against any and all persons claiming or who shall thereafter claim all or any of the property sold from, through or under Mortgagor or Mortgagor's successors or assigns. Nevertheless, Mortgagor, shall join in the execution and delivery of all proper conveyances, assignments and transfers of the properties so sold.
Effect of Sale. Any sale or sales of the Realty Collateral in accordance with this Section 6.1 will operate to divest all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, either at law or in equity, of Mortgagor in and to the premises and the Realty Collateral sold, and will be a perpetual bar, both at law and in equity, against Mortgagor, Mortgagor’s successors or assigns, and against any and all Persons claiming or who shall thereafter claim all or any of the Realty Collateral sold by, through or under Mortgagor, or Mortgagor’s successors or assigns. Nevertheless, if requested by the Trustee so to do, Mortgagor shall join in the execution and delivery of all proper conveyances, assignments and transfers of the Property so sold. The purchaser or purchasers at the foreclosure sale will receive as incident to his, her, its or their own ownership, immediate possession of the Realty Collateral purchased and Mortgagor agrees that if Mortgagor retains possession of the Realty Collateral or any part thereof subsequent to such sale, Mortgagor will be considered a tenant at sufferance of the purchaser or purchasers and will be subject to eviction and removal by any lawful means, with or without judicial intervention, and all damages by reason thereof are hereby expressly waived by Mortgagor.

Effect of Sale. Subject to Applicable Law, any sale, whether under any power of sale hereby given under this Article 9 or by virtue of judicial proceedings, shall operate to divest all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, either at law or in equity, of each Loan Party in and to the Property sold, and shall be a perpetual bar, both at law and in equity, against such Loan Party, its successors and assigns, and against any and all Persons claiming the Property sold or any part thereof under, by or through such Loan Party, its successors or assigns. The timing of any foreclosure sale of Collateral shall be deemed reasonable provided that Agent gives at least ten (10) days advance notice of the initial date set for such foreclosure sale.
Effect of Sale. 24.1 A sale, conveyance, or assignment of the Building or the Project shall operate to release Landlord from liability from and after the effective date of such sale, conveyance, or assignment upon all of the covenants, terms, and conditions of this Lease, express or implied, except those liabilities that arose prior to such effective date, and, after the effective date of such sale, conveyance, or assignment, Tenant shall look solely to Landlord's successor in interest in and to this Lease. This Lease will not be affected by any such sale, conveyance, or assignment, and Tenant shall attorn to Landlord's successor in interest to this lease subject to the provisions of Section 19.2.

Nevertheless, Mortgagors, if requested by Mortgagee to do so, shall join in the execution and delivery of all proper conveyances, assignments and transfers of the properties so sold.
