Common use of Effect of Executed Work Order Amendment Clause in Contracts

Effect of Executed Work Order Amendment. The execution of a Work Order Amendment by the CITY and the CONSULTANT shall constitute conclusive evidence of the CONSULTANT’s agreement to the ordered changes in the Scope of Services or an adjustment in the Contract Price or the Contract Time, or any combination thereof. The CONSULTANT, by executing the Work Order Amendment, waives and forever releases any claim against the CITY for additional time or compensation for matters relating to or arising out of or resulting from the Services included within or affected by the executed Work Order Amendment.
