Common use of Effect of Expiration Clause in Contracts

Effect of Expiration. Upon expiration of this Agreement, SUN shall retain use, under the terms of this Agreement, of the Intellectual Property Rights received hereunder, and Licensee shall be authorized to: (i) distribute Product(s) containing the version of the Technology incorporated therein at the time of expiration, subject to Licensee's continued compliance with the Test Suites current at the time of expiration, and payment of royalties, and (ii) retain one (1) copy of the Technology in Source Code form to support customers having copies of Product(s) distributed by Licensee prior to the expiration hereof. All other rights of Licensee shall terminate upon such expiration.

All other rights of Licensee shall terminate upon such expiration.

All other rights of Licensee shall terminate upon such expiration.
