EFFECT OF EXPIRY OR TERMINATION. 23.1 On expiry or termination of this Agreement: (a) ACC may require the Recipient to provide evidence of how the Funding has been spent; and (b) any Funding that has not yet been paid by ACC will not be paid, except in respect of Activities performed prior to expiry or termination. 23.2 Expiry or termination of this Agreement will not: (a) prejudice any other rights and remedies of the Parties under this Agreement or otherwise provided by law; or (b) affect any part of this Agreement which expressly, or by its nature, survives termination or expiry, including clauses 14 (Confidentiality), 16 (Media Relations), 17 (Evaluation), 1 8 (Intellectual Property), 19 (Liability), 21 (Dispute Resolution), 23 (Effect of Expiry or Termination), 24 (Contact Persons), 25 (Inspection), 26 (Recordkeeping and Audit), 27 (Notices), 28 (Extraordinary Events) and 29 (Miscellaneous).
