Effect of Failure to Agree Concerning Edit Changes. Publisher and Author shall confer in good faith with respect to edit changes. If Publisher and Author are unable to agree with respect to changes either may terminate this contract. In the event of termination for failure to agree with respect to changes half of the cost- sharing fee paid by Author to Publisher shall be refunded to Author.
