Effect of Force Majeure Event on the Concession. 29.6.1 Upon the occurrence of any Force Majeure Event prior to the Appointed Date, the period set forth in Clause 4.2.1 for fulfillment of all Condition Precedents set out in 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. 29.6.2 At any time after the Appointed Date, if any Force Majeure Event occurs: (a) before COD, the Concession Period and the dates set forth in the Project Completion Schedule shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration for which such Force Majeure Event subsists; or (b) after COD, whereupon the Concessionaire is directed by the Authority to suspend the collection thereof during the subsistence of such Force Majeure Event, the Concession Period shall be extended by a period, equal in length to the period during which the Concessionaire was prevented from collection of User Charges on account thereof.

At any time after the Appointed DateFinancial Close, if any Force Majeure Event occurs: (a) a. before COD, the Concession Period and the dates set forth in the Project Completion Schedule shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration for which such Force Majeure Event subsists; or (b) b. after COD, whereupon the Concessionaire is unable to collect Charges despite making best efforts or it is directed by the Authority to suspend the collection thereof during the subsistence of such Force Majeure Event, the Concession Period shall be extended by a period, equal in length to the period during which the Concessionaire was prevented from collection of User Charges on account thereof.

Effect of Force Majeure Event on the Concession. 29.6.1 27.6.1 Upon the occurrence of any Force Majeure Event prior to the Appointed Compliance Date, the period set forth in Clause 4.2.1 Article 19 for fulfillment of all Condition Precedents set out in 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 achieving Financial Close shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. 29.6.2 27.6.2 At any time after the Appointed Date, if any Force Majeure Event occurs: (a) a. before CODCOD of the Project, the Concession Period and the dates set forth in the Project Completion Implementation Schedule shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration for which such Force Majeure Event subsists; or (b) b. after CODCOD of the Project, whereupon the Concessionaire is unable to collect project revenues despite making best efforts or it is directed by the Authority to suspend the collection thereof during the subsistence of such Force Majeure Event, the Concession Period shall be extended by a period, equal in length to the period during which the Concessionaire was prevented from collection of User Charges project revenues on account thereof.

Effect of Force Majeure Event on the Concession. 29.6.1 28.4.1 Upon the occurrence of any Force Majeure Event Events prior to the Appointed Date, the period set forth for fulfilment of Conditions Precedent in Clause 4.2.1 4.1.3 and in Clause 22.1.1 for fulfillment of all Condition Precedents set out in 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 achieving Financial Close shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. 29.6.2 28.4.2 At any time after the Appointed Date, if any Force Majeure Event occurs: (a) before Final COD, the Concession Period and the dates set forth in the Project Completion Schedule shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration for which such Force Majeure Event Events subsists; or (b) after Final COD, whereupon the Concessionaire is directed by unable to perform the Authority to suspend Services and consequently collect the collection thereof during the subsistence of such Force Majeure EventFees despite making best efforts, the Concession Period shall be extended by a period, equal in length to the period during which the Concessionaire was prevented from collection of User Charges providing the Services and collecting the Fee on account thereof.

However, the maximum extension in the Concession Period shall be limited only up to a period of 3 (three) years.

Effect of Force Majeure Event on the Concession. 29.6.1 22.6.1 Upon the occurrence of any Force Majeure Event prior to the Appointed Date, the period set forth in Clause 4.2.1 18.1.1 for fulfillment of all Condition Precedents set out in 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 achieving Financial Close shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. 29.6.2 22.6.2 At any time after the Appointed Date, if any Force Majeure Event occurs: (a) before COD, the Concession Period and the dates set forth in the Project Scheduled Completion Schedule Date shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration for which such Force Majeure Event subsists; or (b) after COD, whereupon the Concessionaire is unable to collect User Charges despite making best efforts or it is directed by the Authority to suspend the collection thereof during the subsistence of such Force Majeure Event, the Concession Period shall be extended by a period, equal in length to the period during which the Concessionaire was prevented from collection of User Charges on account thereof.
