Common use of Effect of Fourth Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Effect of Fourth Supplemental Indenture. (a) This Fourth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 801 of the Base Indenture, and the Base Indenture shall be read together with this Fourth Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over the Notes, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Base Indenture and this Fourth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument.

Effect of Fourth Supplemental Indenture. (a1) This Fourth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 801 13.01 of the Base Original Indenture, and the Base Original Indenture shall be read together with this Fourth Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over all of the NotesDebt Securities, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Base Original Indenture and this Fourth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument.

Effect of Fourth Supplemental Indenture. (a1) This Fourth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 801 901 of the Base Indenture, and the Base Indenture shall be read together with this Fourth Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over the Notes, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Base Indenture and this Fourth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument.

Effect of Fourth Supplemental Indenture. (a) This Fourth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 801 2.02 of the Base Indenture, and the Base Indenture shall (notwithstanding Section 12.12 thereof or Section 5.04 hereof) be read together with this Fourth Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over the NotesNotes of this Series, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Base Indenture and this Fourth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument.
