Common use of Effect of Indenture Supplements Clause in Contracts

Effect of Indenture Supplements. (a) Upon the effectiveness of any amendment, supplement or waiver in accordance with this Article IX, this Indenture, the Note(s) and any Note Guarantee affected thereby shall be and be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith and the respective rights, limitations of rights, obligations, duties and immunities under this Indenture of the Trustee, the Holders affected thereby, the Issuer and the Guarantors shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications, amendments and waivers. (b) After an amendment, supplement or waiver becomes effective, it shall bind every Holder.
