Lessee Contact. The Indenture Trustee agrees that it shall not engage in any Restricted Lessee Contact with any Lessee other than the exceptions set forth in Section 2.1(b) of the Servicing Agreement.
Lessee Contact. Throughout the term hereof, Lessee shall maintain, on a 24-hour basis, a working telephone number so as to enable District to reach the team responsible for communications regarding Lessee’s maintenance and construction matters on the Reservoir Site (the “Contact Person”). The communication matters for which such Contact Person(s) shall be responsible include, without limitation, those relating to maintenance and other work to be performed on the Site, whether by Lessee or its vendors, contractors, or agents. The current 24-hour telephone number is . Lessee agrees to provide District with reasonable prior notice of any change in such 24-hour telephone number.
